Data Protection

The use of my website is usually possible without providing personal data. Insofar as personal data (for example, name or e-mail address) is collected on my site, this is done, as far as possible, on a voluntary basis and exclusively for the stated purpose. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your explicit consent.

I point out that data transmission over the Internet (eg when communicating by e-mail) can have security gaps. A complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

The use of contact data published in the imprint by third parties for sending unsolicited advertisements and information materials is hereby expressly prohibited. The operator of the site expressly reserves the right to take legal action in the event of the unsolicited sending of advertising information, such as spam e-mails.

In the course of hosting services, maintenance and support activities, it is possible that the provider may gain access to personal data, provided that he needs the data to fulfill the respective service.

The processor can be reached at:
hosttech GmbH

The order processor has committed itself to the operator to comply with the applicable data protection regulations. An order processing contract has been concluded in accordance with Art 28 DSGVO. Further information on the commissioned processor can be requested from the processor at postfach@hosttech.at.

Collection of access data and log files
The operator collects data on each access to the server on which this service is located (so-called server log files) on the basis of its legitimate interests within the meaning of Art 6 para 1 lit f DSGVO. The access data includes the name of the website accessed, file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, notification of successful access, browser type and version, the operating system of the user, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address and the requesting provider.
Log file information is stored for security reasons (e.g. for the clarification of abuse or fraud) for a maximum of seven days and then deleted. Data whose further storage is necessary for evidentiary purposes is excluded from deletion until the final clarification of the respective incident.

Cookies
Cookies are small text files that, as soon as you visit a website, are sent to your browser by a web server and stored locally on your end device (PC, notebook, tablet, smartphone, etc.).

Numerous websites and servers use cookies. Many cookies contain a so-called cookie ID. A cookie ID is a unique identifier of the cookie. It consists of a string of characters by which websites and servers can be assigned to the specific web browser in which the cookie was stored. This enables visited websites and servers to distinguish the individual browser of the data subject from other web browsers that contain other cookies. A specific web browser can be recognized and identified via the unique cookie ID.

You can consent to or refuse cookies - including for web tracking - via the settings of your web browser. You can configure your browser in such a way that the acceptance of cookies is refused in principle or you are informed in advance if a cookie is to be stored. In this case, the functionality of the website may be impaired. Your browser also offers a function to delete cookies. This is possible in all common web browsers.

Google Fonts
This website uses Google Fonts from Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). Google Fonts are used without authentication and no cookies are sent to the Google Fonts API. If you have an account with Google, none of your Google account information is transmitted to Google while using Google Fonts. Google only records the usage of CSS and the fonts used and stores this data securely. You can find out more about these and other issues at https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq?tid=211090132.

Google Maps
This website uses Google Maps of the company Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). By using the functions of this map, data is transmitted to Google. You can find out what data is collected by Google and what this data is used for at https://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/.

Secure data transmission TLS encryption
Your personal data is transmitted securely on this website using encryption. This also applies to your requests. The SSL (Secure Socket Layer) coding system is used for this. Furthermore, this website is secured by technical and organizational measures against loss, destruction, access, modification or distribution of your data by unauthorized persons.

Contact possibility
On my website I offer you the possibility to contact me via e-mail and/or a contact form. In this case, the information provided by the user (name, e-mail address, message) will be stored for the purpose of processing the contact. The data will not be passed on to third parties. A comparison of the data collected in this way with data that may be collected by other components of my site will also not take place.

Information, deletion, blocking
You have at any time the right to free information about your stored personal data, their origin and recipient and the purpose of data processing, as well as the right to correct, block or delete this data. For this purpose, as well as for further questions on the subject of personal data, you can contact the website operator at any time via the address given in the imprint.
